Help with agent

Thanks but this would involve copying the content of the ShortName field into the FullName field first for all 3000 users. (if i understand correctly)

We have LDAP processes hitting the ShortName, so i don't want to mess around with this.

I thought there would be an easy-ish way to remove a substring from a text field...
